Who make the best fitting carbon fiber hood? I hit a deer and insurance wants give me so cash to fix it, but I am having trouble figuing out who make the best hood.

I agree with going ebay.. it'll be like $400 with shipping, carbon fiber hoods are really hit or miss unless you go with a really awesome company that charges $1,200 for one but that is just crazy!

that auction is "best offer" they want $150 for shipping and $400 for the hood.. I'd offer them like $320 and you'd have a new hood at your door for under $500

Vis seems to be real hit and miss. I'm not sure I want a vis. I am putting a cf hood on because the estamite was $3700, I have a thousand dollor deductable so I will get back $2700. New mirrors, a cf hood and a kami grill is less than $1500 so I will get cash back to fix it myself. Otherwise I have to pay the labor to have the hood and fenders color matched when there is no damage to anything other than the hood grill and mirror on the passenger side (execpt for some minor tweaking to the radiator and condensor. I will also be able to buy hid projectors with the extra cash......so why not. It will also save 26 pounds.
