A3 navigation for my B6 A4

A3 navigation for my B6 A4
Hey, I came across a nav unit out of the A3, I was wondering if anyone knew if I could put this in my 2002 A4 b6? Any help is appreciated, if I can't fit it does anyone know where I can get a nav unit for my b6 cheap?
