I don't know man, but I'm sure you would be plenty safe. You should check out superchargedaudi those guys will tell you everything you need to know. But I don't think any of the guys with tips have done any level 10 and they're fine. Some guys have had the kit for quite a while. I'm pretty sure that it doesn't put out torque #'s anywhere near a ko4.
