A4 B5 master cylinder losing pressure - leaking pipe
Hello
My master cylinder has been losing fluid (slowly) for a long time now, and now that it's bad enough I can finally see where it's coming from! It's the metal pipe that comes from the back of the cylinder down near the bulkhead. I think it got rusty due to the drainage holes getting blocked and water collecting around there. I'm having trouble finding diagrams of this, and was wondering what this pipe is called and how easy it is to replace, before I start to remove the master cylinder.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Dominic

I'm not sure which pipe you're refering to but can you start here?

I've found a ton of diagrams helping me identify exact parts.

Thanks for that. I've had a look there but can't locate the pipe. Here is a picture of it...

It's the pipe on the right of the picture that's leaking.
Any help is much appreciated.

It could possibly be part no. 38 in this picture, but unfortunately there's no part listed.

I think it is listed under number 26 on the right side Tube-/hose line . PIPE. for $105.14. Now, that I look closer that is the part that connects. Wonder if the one right above it would be it? Wouldn't want to bet on that though.
