A4 B6 Windscreen Demister
I finally collectedmy 2003 A4 3.0 Quattro Sport today, very pleasedwith it all round its a good upgrade from my 1997 2.8 B5
However there is 1 problem I am havinbg, I cannot get the climate contro lsystem to blow any air through the window demisters whatsoever.
If i have it on manual control with the direction on ^ (up) nothign comes out of them, just from the far left and far right vents (not the center vents or windwo vents but the left and rigth vents which you cna move the direction on).
If i use the demister button for the windscreen it is the same.
the other direction buttons work fine, if i choose the vent button then all of the vents blow fineand if i choose the down button the floor ports blow fine as well, both hot or cold as applicable.
seems like a fault to me, when i choose the up direction or the demister button ,the left and right movable vents should not blow at all, and the window vents should.
any idea whats causing this ? is it easy to fix DIY ?
any help aprecaited.
Thanks
