Hey just though Id pass this link on its for a guy who makes crank scappers for 1.8T or 3.0 pretty cheap too anyone every buy from this guy?

Well its a good Idea but I dunno if I trust the guys craftmanship

 

Especially in the fine print where it says some grinding may be necessary.

Give me a break! I can't imagine any measureable difference in rotating mass compared to a heavy crankshaft, or drag from an oil cloud compared to drag from moving a heavy car! Somebody has quite an overactive imagination! Yeah, try it and show us the dyno before and after.

 

actualy alot of race cars have similar units installed
