On my dash i got this thing that flashes where the MPH gauge is. it says 1nd2, and it just blinks. anyone know how to clear that or can tell me what it means?

 

i think its the speed warning annoying lil sucker
but this how u do it on a B6 so i hope u have a B6

for speed warning 1
press the CHECK button for at lease a second when the car is moving above 3 mph
and that should do it

speed warning 2
Press CHECK button briefly wi hte ignition swtch off the display will light up
press the CHECK button again for at least 2 seconds
the display will show the speed limit currenly set
now press and hold the RESET button for the trip computer untill u see the crossed out warning symble appear
