What kind of rear spoiler is that? Will that fit on a 2004 A4 3.0

No it won't fit. Basically the only body parts that are changeable between the B6 and B7 are the door blades.

Is it just me, or does that thumbnail of the rear end of the B7 (at a glance) look somewhat like the current Civic tail lights?
