so, since I do not have the bar on my bumper, there is no way to fix this bumber problem ?

The AWE FMIC requires no bumper support cutting and only slight plastic trimming, so slight it can be done with scissors.

Anyway, you could probably try putting a flat piece of metal across the 2 adjustment screws in the front and cranking them higher. If you do it without some sort of brace there though the screws will probably go right through the bumper cover.
