Hello first post on here, not owned an Audi for a long time last one was an 83 Quattro Turbo (It go written off just after I sold it) Anyway can you help?
I've got an A4 1.8T from a mate that has a problem with idling. He was going to scrap it but I've taken it on as a bit of a project.
He put a different throttle body on it but didn't make any difference.
He also removed and lost a component that sits in the left hand side (Offside)
front of the engine bay (above the air filter housing). Before I can see whats going on I need to get a replacement for that part but I don't know what it is.
Anyone know? Cheers! (it was situated between the two hoses)
