Ouch notahonda, you'd think you would know better than that!

K1.8t, you'd better change insurance companies, 666 every 6 months, due on the 6th, man, you better get that sh*t changed!

2007 a4 (brand new car, read: comprehensive and collision)
$428 everyone 6 months (71 per month)
spotless credit record (I was told by 3 separate insurance agencies that this matters almost more than your driving history when they are shopping rates)
spotless driving record

$370 a month for full coverage since the bank owns majority of my car, if it was just me i would have liability, 21, no tickets or accidents. 2000 1.8Tqm
That is still wayyy too much to spend on insurance with no accidents or anything. wow

wow.. you all have me beat. Honestly, I can't find a decent rate in Canada.

I'm 21
5+ years Driving
No tickets
NO accidents..
They want just under $500/month.

Something like $5500/yr and all companies are within a $50 range of that it seems.

Couple yrs ago I looked up insurance on a 95 Pontiac Sunflower, no collision coverage.. $320/month.
They changed the M to F on the application (I requested to see the difference) and for a female it was approx $190ish, don't knwo the exact figures, but I know it my rate was slightly less then 2x the females.

Insurance is a rip off.

How do i drive an A4? shhhhhh, don't tell anyone.

The car is FULLY in my grandfather's name & insurance (I paid for it, and all the repairs. maintenanceand w/e).
anyways.... On is insurance slip it says "No regular unmarried male driverunder the age of 25"... I'm not listed anywhere on his insurance, basically they have no idea I drive his car. Now I'm an insured driver on my moms car - $50/month (so I am insured)... so, if question by the cops when pulled over - I was just borrowing it for the day.. can you say Loop-hole?

The sad part is, technically my 18yr old sister, who's only had her full license for 3 months, and is a very inexperienced driver - is more legal to drive my car then I am... The insurance company would rather have her drive my car then me!

What if everyone got together and refused to pay insurance!? ....was worth a though

Ive heard that another thing about insurance is that it is figured on how many vehicles of that model are on the road and how many accidents occur on them. I know my old man has an 01 Porsche 996 Turbo and he pays 700 a year for the best coverage possible. I used to have a 500 horsepower 02 Roush Mustang and the insurance on it is less than the quote for an Audi.....which is insane!!!
