Is the A4 Special Edition a deal?
New member here. I need a good 4 wheel drive car for the Ohio winters. Don't want an SUV and had been leaning toward the Outback. Walking out of the Subi/Porsche+Audi dealer when I noticed the A4. Fits the bill perfectly, Quattro and I can drop the back seat and get my bike inside the vehicle. I drove them back to back and ... ugh there is no comparison. Two different vehicles.
Ok now for the question os the $299 a deal? I could probably get an Outback, or a Highlander for the same price, but I prefer a car. Plus my wife thinks I should get a Cavalier or a focus, 'cuz the other car is a Boxster. Anyone's .02? Thanks

Go for it.
If you have a Boxter, then you will be familiar with the type of engineering that goes into these cars. Much more fun than a Subaru Outback. 299 seems to be standard, but you don't state how many miles or what first payment is.

hey David
It's $299 @ 10,000 per year (I'll need 12k), Security Deposit $300 + Bank aquisition fee ($500)+ first month+ tax title. Also, a disposal fee they get you coming and going. They said they'd wave the security fee because I bought my Boxster from them. I'm thinkin' heck if I really love it get rid of the Boxster and get an S4 at least I can drive all year round.

I just picked up the SE in December and its an excellent car for 300 a month. I ended up going with the 15K package because i'm going to Colorado for college next year. The rear spoiler really looks awesome on the back and the sunroof is always a great feature. It will definitely pay itself off in the long run, especially if you looking for a car.

Go the Audi. We had a hail storm here in Sydney not too long ago and every one of the Japanese and Australian cars was quite badly damaged (particularily the one Subaru Outback), yet the European built cars were unscathed. Interestingly a very good friend of mine who works for a car dealer told me about a week before this incident that Subaru's are particularily weak (in construction), i.e. thin panels. After this, my mind was made up, I bought an A4 and have been totally obsessed since.
