Just changed the crank sensor, but still nothing :-( Any ideas?

 

Huh i was gunna say crank sensor cuz i had a very similar issue where i had trouble starting and sometimes it would turn over for a good 4 seconds and then start and i even had it stall a few times just idling as well and then a new carnk sensor seemed to fix that all.. is the EPC light on by any chance?

 

Issue fixed! It ended up being the ignition module:-)

 

Really? Well that doesn't make any sense, but thats good its fixed. First time i've heard of an ignition control module as a possible no start concern, gonna have to put that one down in the book.

 

I was trying to avoid it myself, since it was replaced a few months back, but that ended up being the issue. I replaced it with a cheap Huco (or fake with a Huco stamp) from Ebay a few months back. During my reseach online, I actually found another case with the same scenario, where a guy bought a cheap ebay ICM and same issue occurred while driving. I then used the ElsaWin instructions on testing the ICM with a LED test light and results were negative.
