I have a 98 A4 2.8. I bought it used and it came with only 1 key and 1 remote. Not the switchblade type. Isn't the 98 supposed to have a switchblade? If I buy one off of ebay, does the FCC number have to match exactly?

 

Most any of the switchblade remote you find on ebay will work. Try to find one of the two button ones, not the one with the trunk button.
