i ended up going K04 (just this weekend) since my stock turbo was totally gone, you should see the turbine.... :P I will try to take some photos at some point. I would have gone bigger but i have a tip tranny and i am not planning on doing a level 10 upgrade until the end of next year at least, was going to wait on the turbo too, but didn't have the option so the exhaust will have to wait for right now.

 

Can you feel a HUGE difference with the KO4? is it direct bolt on? im looking to upgrade my turbo too since mine is going to $hit, just want a bolt on but better than stock for now what do you guys recomend? Seriously, no joking n $hit, this is where i go to learn more about A4's and im sick of all the sarcasm!

 

Aprox. 75 hp half of what you start with, yes that is a big difference. I recomend a gtrs kit with a 3071 option. If your going to go big go BIG.

some *** I know put that electric supercharger on his 2001 impala (which already sucked *****) anyway his intake sounded a little better but other then that those little hand held fans you buy in walgreens or cvs to cool yourself off in the summer could have probably had the same effect WEAK!!!!

asking what turbo to get is not a good question. you first have to ask your self what your goals are. becuase if you want 500hp a ko4 isnt going to cut it. tell me what you want and ill tell you how to get there

yes with a large enough turbo and a built motor you can. but thats $$$$. imo if you going for that much power i would get a car thats cheeper to do it on. dont get me wrong if you want 350whp the 1.8 will do it but after that its just too much money to get much more hp out of it

 

yeah I want between 3 and 350 but thats cool that you could get 500 that would be an awesome project car
