I have a 1999.5 a4 1.8t quatro, 5 speed. Ive had the car for 20 days trying to keep it clean and daily driven and still good gas milage. that said this is what i did: k04 turbo, godspeed fmic and all hard piped, evo intake, and apr ecu, what else would you do i just dont want to mess with it after this month.

 

first things first... get some altezza tail lights. Follow that up with lots and lots of stickers from fake sponsors that you don't really have. Then finish it up with this... www.turbonator.com

up grade the injectors and get a stage II+ or better

 

go for GIAC tuning for da ko4....the pc-16 tuning (since you are getting a fmic anyways(might as well use it))....if you go KO4 you are going to need exhaust no matter what...go for a dp/hfc and then go custom 2.5/2.75" custom bent tubing back to a cannister of your choice (magnaflow is very popular for da b5's)...besides that, with the added power comes the added stress on your braking system...you may want to think about upgrading to the A8 rotors and the TT carriers....good luck!
