yeah, so after a thread jack (**) im not going to go big turbo because im about go to back to school....so money's gonna get tight...after summer ill be doing the awe tuning ko4 kit w/ pc-16.

I just did a power shift into third gear, that took me like 5 months to get there...thats about how long it takes my 12v to get into third gear...

Funny you say that.. I went through 2 trannys in my 88 rex, and the 04 rex i drove the other day had obvious tranny problems (thumping/clunking when shifting into first and very notchy) It felt exactly like my tranny in my 87 and 88 rex's.. Even though it was a 6 speed. Tranny felt like it had over 100k miles on even though it was only 24k.
