about to make an offer on an audi...
Ok well i have been looking and looking for about 4 months now. I finally found one i am intrested in, after a few very close calls. Its close by( on the same street as me) and in my price range.
Its a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro, Black exterior, black interior. One owner, No power seats, winter/sport package, 56,000 miles, good condition, one little scratch and a ding. Basically all the other standards, leather, no bose, all the airbags ect....
I have looked around for pricing, and Kelly blue book is saying about 14,600. But its doesnt have an option to include the sport and winter packages. He has his car listed now for a lose 15,500. Should i big 14,500 and meet some where between there and 15,000? Would this be fair?
Im still probably going to bring it to the audi dealer in town to have the car checked out but i checked the oil and listened for squeeky shocks, no rattles in the engine seems pretty smooth while driving.
what you guys think?
EDIT: its a manuel, kind of important lol

I picked up my Dark Blue '01 A4 1.8T Quattro Manual Sport w/ Bose and 17" RS4 Rims w/ 58k miles for $13.9k. I knew it was a STEEEEEAL of a deal thats why I hopped right on it. Get the guy at least down to $15k. If not, you can find a ton of them under $15k.
And keep an eye out if it is modified at all... word is that they are reliable cars, but if it has mod's done to it, you know the owner didn't exactly drive it like it was a Granny's car haha
