Default ? About RPM

Hey, i have a questions about where the Rpm needle should be when the car warms up already.
My car's Rpm drops to about 3rd needle and it seems like its too low? isit supposed to be at about 1000 or something? because the car vibrates a little and im thinking it could be becauseof it. is this normal for everyone?
And if thats where it normaly drops down to what else do you all think would cause the vibration? Thanks

800 rpms is normal for idle. Maybe 1000-1200 for cold start up. Worn engine mounts and misfirescause vibrations.

Im not saying you have misfires... Im saying that is something that would cause a vibration. If you had misfires, your CEL would be flashing and your car would shutterdrive like a dog. If you arent very mechanicaly inclined, try to find an independantshop that is knowledgable of Audi/VW and let them deal with it..
