Not too mad because she will be paying for the damage and ill prob get a new rear bumber or at least they will repaint it and it will cover up the scraches that are allready there. ill post pics of the loaner ill be rockin' in a few days.

The front is your fault though, right? In Ontario, it would be... because you were too close to the person in front of you. So the rear would be "not at fault" and the front would be "at fault" you'd get a new rear bumper for free.. but SOL on the front.

naw not in NY... the cops came. and he was talking to everyone about what happened, and he went into his car to write it up and when he came out he said that the girl was at fault for the whole thing. He said she was the one that started the whole pile up. So everyone involved got the information of the girl "at fault" and but no each other's. It went the same way when my dad rear-ended someone who hit the car in front of them who hit the car in front of them. He was at fault for the whole thing.

Depending on your area insurance laws vary like crazy, in Wisconsin its a no fault state, so basically you both get something on your record no matter what!
Here in MN, (I only mention Wisc since I travel there) If you get hit in the *** and then kill a chimp by hitting him in front of you.. its all who started the Pile UP! Imagine alotta traffic and 5 cars just go like dominoes... sux.

*note: no chimps were harmed in the typing of this post, and words are not meant to be taken as intentions and are just used as an example*
