Hi, I recently purchased an Audi A4 1.8t on a y plate (2001 model) (or 8e as it could be known as). Anyway I am looking to replace the interior dash trim as it is currently a wood effect. I want to get an aluminium/silver dash kit to replace this as I'm not a big fan of wood in/on cars. Does anybody know where I can get these parts from without spending more than £150? Even US companies that will post to the UK. How easy are they to fit?

Also is it possible to fit front and rearbumpers from later models say 2003/2004 models on a 2001 model? Would they go straight on or would they need to be altered?

Also I want to get a set of 19" alloys for the car however I am torn between RS6 and RS4 alloys?!? What do you think?

Not sure where you could get a kit. The side ones are easy. They just snap in place. The ones on the dash are a little tricyier due to the fact that they are glued in. The bumpers from the later cars are tottaly different and do not swap over. Personally id go with the rs4 rims. The rs6 wheels usually look awkward on the smaller car. At least to me.

 

LLTEK HAS THE TRIM BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, I DON'T THINK THE BUMPERS WOULD LINE UP BUT I'M NOT POSITIVE, I WOULD PUT 18'S AND ROLL THE FENDERS AND LOWER IT ABOUT 1.5-2.0".
