Chef -

Sie sind in der Tat ein kluger Mann. Klug über Ihren jungen Jahren hinaus.
Ich genieße gerade, um die Leute zu sein, die Autos außerdem... genießen
I agree that the fun is in gathering together and enjoying each others company too. It would be cool though if you had some extra scratch to throw into some performance mods. Definitely don't go too long over the schedule for the timing belt change. That could be disasterous!

See you in a week!

Okay, so gang up on the guy not online at the time? Nice guys, very nice!

The bad thing is that on Saturday I can do nothing. All of the corporate offices are closed so I'll try again on Monday.

I appreciate all of your support and you'll owe me a beer if I can keep the fake po po at bay.

Cheers!

Okay, so here's the deal.

The policy is a no-loitering/lingering policy and they only allow 5-10 minutes for a group to gather. I have permission to have that extended by a ways if we call security prior to the event and let them know the times we'll be gathering. I will take care of this next weekend and the number to security is 949-789-8990. I have left a message with the Irvine Company too in hopes of getting some kind of endorsement from them to present to security to help in my plea. Like I said, it will be Monday before I will be able to talk with anyone of significance at Corporate.

What we need to do:

Definitely, we need to be polite and not burn-out or break the speed limits on the property. I know this will be tough, and I have done all of this in the past, but it will be the only way that I'll be able to get a recurring deal.

Can everyone agree to this? If so, then I'll continue to get the endorsement from Corporate and let them know that we are a peaceful crowd. (at least on their property) lol

Cheers!

Explain to them that these are not 17yr old with Honda Civics that are "bumpin 12's" at 140 decibels.

We are Audi enthusiasts, driving $30k-$50k cars, that need a place to meet every month.
We chose their location for the same reason that everyone chooses the Spectrum - It is centralized and easily accessible from the freeway.
Not to mention that when 15-20 hungry guys need food, we have plenty of options to choose from.
Why turn down the business? Also, for people coming from Inland, L.A. County, or S.D. County, it's free advertisement for the Spectrum.

I know that their concern is that if they allow us to do it, then they have to allow all clubs to do it.
This is not true - they should simply make an exception for only us because we rock. [sm=icon_rock.gif]

I got it. Remember, you guys elected me the spokesman, although I have no clue why. I've already went through the deal with the security people who initially weren't budging from the policy. I'll do my best with the Corporate folk too. We just need to be a civilized group when we're there. That's the part that really scares me! [sm=devilangel.gif]

Remember what you guys owe me ------> [sm=icon_guiness.gif]

Just checked out Ortega this morning at 7am. Roads are pretty good in the canyon parts. Should have no problems running back and forth but traffic will probably be an issue around Sunday afternoon. BUT that wont matter since we are all taking a leisurly drive. And look what I "accidently" bumped into
