Aiming Headlights (Again)

Aiming Headlights (Again)
Posted this before and was told that the dealer would adjust my HID's under warranty. We'll they adjusted them alright… Right into oncoming traffic! Called and found out that their super scientific system for aiming was pointing the car at a garage door!
Someone mentioned before about 2 holes and to stick a screwdriver in and start turning. Are there really adjustment screws or did the dealer use whatever laptop thing to “reprogram” them? If I can adjust them w/ a simple screwdriver, can someone be more specific about the location of these screws/holes? Perhaps post a photo?
Thanks!

RE: Aiming Headlights (Again)
Great link! Thanks to everone else who responded but, again, I'm still wondering how and where to adjust the HID's on the A4 specifically...
You can clearly see the screws that adjust the whole light assembly... The driver's side screw was bottomed out before and after the dealer adjusted them so I don't think that this is it. Aren't there screws that adjust the HID independently or, again, is this done electronically when the tech has his laptop thing hooked up to it?
Thanks again!

i think the screws just adjust the housing up down left and right. the lens is self adjusting. the screws on the HIDs are white, and ver very hard to miss. i aimed mine high as possible because they were really low. im not too concerned about blinding other people, they know they getting blinded anyways when they see the colour of the HIDs
