lmao it's probably better than 50% of the "high performance" intakes on the market.

 

I'm still embarrased to say that I spent $350+ on my carbonio...UNTIL I DRIVE IT. It makes the engine bay super clean and sharp with the carbon fiber. I don't care that it was so expensive, slapping a cone filter and fabricating a heat shield looks sloppy IMO.

 

I still run the box mod w/o any issues! I am about to change all that tho cuz I'm going BT with the 3' intake and a cone filter

the heat shield from audizine is frekin beefy it covers the front of the engine bay all the way to the back, everyone i know that has it says they are happy they didnt pay a butt load on a "name brand" intake i figure unless your goin to be puttin your car in a car show it doesnt really matter if its considered good looking.

I see no point in doing the intake just for the sound the dv will make.

 

Yeah, but freeing up airflow on the intake can definetly geive a 1-2hp boost on the low end, and better MPG, if ur not heavy on it.

 

Yeah you probably dont even get that! But it does make your car sound good and it dosent void any warrantys.
