Someone told me that if you take out the foam inside the airbox it makes your induction noise sound cooler and you can hear the DV better... is there any truth to this? and will taking it out mess somthing else up and get a CEL as a result?... not actually considering it but wanted some input... thanks... 2002 B6 1.8TQ

i removed the crap around the maf that was saposed to straightn out the air and for some reason it was louder but to this day i donno y iit did that
