Default All you 99 A4's

Gentlemen,

Looks like 2.8L will be gone within next 3-months.

Looking at a 1999 A4 1.8T Manual Trans.... Miles 122,000

Dealer wants $7400.00

Any thoughts? I have heard mixed things like. 2.8 Are not realiabe or 1.8 is not realiable. I have heard both are good. Any input would be helpful.

Thanks.

both motors are reliable if you take care of them, the 1.8 will be alot more fun than your old car and all you need to do is spend a little green to make it quick
