ALMOST lost the car last night... very long story

Yea we spent the day reorganizing the shop and I got some work done on the car. Looking back on it, we were pretty damn stupid to try and put out the fire, with gas everywhere...def never gonna do that again.

Damm thats sucks to heear that....thank god nothing happen to you or the car. let this be a wake up call for all of us. That engine looks sweet.

pics def dont do it justice, I'll try and get more pics, but it is CLEAN. All freshly painted/polished...to bad its got fire extinguisher powder all over it[:@]

Very good guess...but not quite...you guys will see soon enough And you wont be able to guess it, i've never seen it on a vw/audi motor. lets just hope it fits in the engine bay

That doesn't look like an AEB valve cover...or any A4 1.8T valve cover I've seen. Where are the coilpacks? What's going on here?

How are you gonna spool a GT35? Those scat rods will finally be useful.

EDIT: OK, not a GT35. Some kind of Holset turbo?

are you spying on me helluva guess. It is an aeb vc, i looked at you pics and it def doesnt look like it. the holes are there although it doesnt look like it!

Ive seen a few guys running holset turbos on audis and they make some mad power, is that the route your going??? I bet a hx45 or whatever is alot less than a gt35
