My front grill De-chroming is finished. I put the grill back on and it looks great. There is one small problem. The hood latch is behind the grill now and I can't get the hood open to fix it. And I can't take the grill off without damaging anything. [:@] Son of a bitch

 

Alright, problem solved. You have to take a screw driver and pry it to the right, while pushing down on the grill. I would say to only try this on a hot day when the plastic is a little more plyable. If it were cold when this happened I would have for sure broke my grill.

 

Or you can just make sure that you are careful when putting the grill back on....so the tab doesn't go in a wrong place.

Ok.. well I did the same thing.. I read the DIY wrong and I didnt bend it back well enough. Take it to a baller *** mechanic that says "Fu*k" everyother word and he'll magically pop the hood and behend that mother fu(ker back.
