Bought AMSOIL Synthetec 5w30 for my baby 96 A4 2.8Q,
not sure tho, whats the difference between 5w30 and 5w40, which
one is better [8D]and one more thing,Which cooler DAaa best
for A4 96 2.8Q ??????

well I use whatever the Euroblend is from AMSOIL and it works jus fine in my 12v.


I'm gonna go Igloo for the best cooler for the A4, but I'm not totally sure what you are trying to ask there

 

Theres really not that much of a difference, either one will be good for your car. I use to run the 5w40 euro formula without problems. Amsoil is too expensive and hard to find around here so I switched to valvoline 5w30, works just the same.

 

its a bit thicker, better for higher mileage cars... takes out the little ticks audis like to make...

 

I get AMSOIL at wholesale price so for me it's cheaper than Mobil 1
