Thanks ALOT for the advise guys! I believe that I should be able to do this now.
I just had one more question. The angel eyes come with the signal lights
built into them(it's a 1 piece). Well, the wiring harness for this light is different
from the stock harness. Here's the dilemma...the stock harness has 3 wires
and the new ones have 2. Which 2 should I connect? There are 2 brown striped
ones and I think one yellow one in the original.
Also, should I connect the "city light" to the parking lights? Or should it be
on everytime the headlights are on?

You need to connect them into a current power supply. What year is your a4? You need to hook those into an ignition switch, or run an inline switch with them to the battery. It all depends on how you want them hooked up. Do you want them to always stay on, or only when your foglights are on, or only when your headlights are on, or only when you flip a switch? Figure out what you want and then you can figure out how to hook them up.
1. If you want to control when they come on, hook a switch inline with them, run it into your car for easy access, and then run it to the battery.
2. If you want them to turn on with the foglights, you need to hook them into the foglights.
3. If you want them just to always be on, then hook them into an ignition wire.
BUT, you should have three wires coming off of each. ONE power, ONE ground, ONE remote. The remote is what you will hook up to where you want, the power and ground go to battery/body of car respectively. If you have any more questions, you can pm me or post on here, but before you try to hook it up, find out how many wires are coming out of each, and what size guage they are.

You need to power them up. Run some wires yourself, or tap them into the pos going to the low beams and ground them or the constant hot to the turn signal, that way you can run them without the headlights on, and just the indicator lights. Its not rocket science. Its simple electronics, and I mean real beginner stuff. Sorry for doggin you but I have to agree, angel eyes belong on BMW's and Rice burners (not really). Just upgrade with ECE xenons and city lights and call it good. Or if you really want to be inventive make a simple wiring harness with a relay and an independant switch.
