god dont people ever read. ok, now, if i had a bone stock a4 1.8t and god forbid the turbo blew and i bought a ko4, what would the numbers be like with no other mods AT ALL just the ko4?

With only a K04, you are not going to see any real notoicable power gains. Your car will make boost faster and it'll sound meaner [&:] but that is about it. No real performance gains without upgraded tuning.
