well i took the dp off to check the hotside compressor and it was almost welded on there. wheni was putting it back on i accidently sheered off one of the studs but i still have 4 of the 5 and they are all on there tite and dont seem to be leaking. i dont have hardly any back pressure so i dont think im putting too much stran on it

 

maybe you got a really bad crack in the mani, it could sound like that and cause some boosting problems

 

na i have had 2 cracked manifolds and it dosent sound like that

i lost a freeking tial wastegate on teh freeway when that cracked off. also a dump tube

ya would of but i think it became road drbis and may of hit the semi behind me going 70 so i kept going and the next exit was mine

 

lol, yea that would be bad if the next morning you saw on the news........ Massive 37 car pile up started late last night when an un identified driver lost a piece of his car, the piece was a tial external wastegate and it hit a following trucker causing him to swerve out of control and start the pile up.... driver or un identified car has yet to be found

ya i was so mad that this happend i punched my stearing wheel and cut my knuckes on the audi logo on the steering wheels and made them bleed. then missed my turn to my aunts house. it was a few days before thanksgiving and i was going there to see my parents for the first time in like 4 months. and then this happend it was a bad day

 

yea id be pissed too
