Another Wheel Question
I've been looking through the post, and I have not really found the answer to my question yet. I am currently purchasing stuff for m A4 which will be coming next week. I prefer to have all m stuff sitting in the garage waiting . I currently have E-Codes, HID Kit, PhatNoise. Anyways, I need wheels. I am thinking of buying 17's just becase I live in Pittsburgh where there is pot holes everywhere, plus the snow sucks. I have currently narrowed it down to about 3 choices, pictured below. Now I really do think the 18" Wasp (Third Wheel) will look good on my car since it is black, and the package is about the same price. But I am worried about this issue of lowering the car and keeping the stock suspension. So if I already have the stock sport suspention, will it hurt to add Eibach Lowering Springs? Or do I have to change everything? Also give me some opinions on what wheels you like. Thanks

out of those three i'd go with the second ones. i like black rims on dark cars, but that outer chrome ring on the third ones KILLS it. so does the beadlock design on the those, i don't think it goes with the whole audi look. dark rims would definitely look good on your car though.
So what about this Lowering Spring issue? Since I have the Sports package, can I just add the lowering Springs to my stock setup? It seems like everyone has a different opinion on this matter when adding it to the Sports package.

You can't go wrong with black with chrome... just not that company- try checking out ADR if possible (little bit more money but better quality)!

Hecareth, you are not going to want to mix stock and aftermarket suspension. In 6 months your shocks will be worthless, and you'll be stuck replacing them and getting a second alignment.
Yes, I agree with Jest on this one. NO CHROME. Looks tooo trashy, honestly. I picture chrome on old maxima's and old Honda's, you guys know what I am talking about? Dont get the chrome. But its your car, do as you please. That was just my opinion
