It seems that they are both the same, but the one thats a little more $$ shows the factory sticker. what do you guys think?
p.s.: I plan on painting the rings the same color as my car. (should be pretty simple right?)

yup its the same. i dunno if the cheaper one doesn't come with the badge, but you wouldn't want an s4 badge anyways...

 

oh and yeah painting the rings is a piece of cake. just make sure to sand them down good, and expect rock chips eventually.

at least with the b5's they have honey comb in the middle for the s4 grilles..... kind of a mix in the a4 bars and rs4 honeycomb...... i dunno what those are...... factory rep a4's?

 

they should be OEM, i would hope they are, ya they do have much better looking grills available for the b5 though.
