I plan to pick up my A4 here in the next week and wanted to stop here and get the GIAC chip.
I live in Mt. Shasta CA so it is 6hrs from me but it's the closest to me [:@] Are they good people or should I drive down to San Ho to the other dealer? Both are far from me but I dont mind as long as they do it right the first time.

OR should I just mail it in? I have my own fab shop and I have pulled many ECU's before, I just hate the whole mail it in thing.....

 

I went to Matrix and absolutely love it, Jeremy is really nice and helpful and it only took about an hour. I had it done about 2 weeks ago and they have called twice just to make sure I was happy and everything was running perfect. And they will do it right the first time, I’m planning on going back to them for my next upgrades

Has anyone been to Automation in Kentucky?

Not sure if I am too happy with there work.

 

nothing special, it would be a dissapointment, theres no show room or anything so if you have someone in ur area that will do it dont waste ur time, or just mail it in.

A disappoinment? I am sorry you feel that way.
I suppose our facility is a disappointment if you dislike stg3 S4s, B6 A4 USP Avants dumped on 19s, 410whp A6 2.7T's, Porsche 996TTs, etc. But our clients seem to love the vehicles we have here as well as our waiting area complete with Wi-Fi, leather furnishings, pool table, even a stocked fridge.

 

Dang there Jeremy, you have some hater's in the audience... Take BadLuckAudi's word for it, I'm sure it's a descent place.
