Anyone buy from WheelsandCaps???
Hey guys,
Has anyone bought any wheels from WheelsandCaps off of e-bay?? I was thinking of getting the B6 A4 5-spoke sport wheel replicas from them for winter tires, I currently have the 17x7.5 double spoke rims(B7 A4 w/ sport package) but I don't want the hassle of switching back and forth to winter/summer tires. These rims seem priced decently. Link-http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-Audi-B6-A4-Wheels-Rims-Brand-New-A4-A6-A8-Passat_W0QQitemZ190180134602QQcmdZViewItem?hash=it em190180134602
Any thoughts of this company?
They claim 45mm offset I see most other replica wheels like this on e-bay have a 35mm offset so I wonder if they are actually different from each other or not... I am skeptical and untrusting which is a pain sometimes.

If you're gonna buy a set of wheels, choose something that will make your car look better....
if you buy those wheels, your car will look like a regular/stock/ordinary a4...
I would say, don't waste ur $....although the wheels will definately fit/clear/function...
If I was you I would shop around a bit...I have a set of RS4 reps(18x8.5") on my car right now, but I also have a set of winter wheels (flik justice 17x8") which are super light, and were purchased to hit the track/autoX (once I get a new clutch)
You should take a look at Flik wheels (super cheap/good looking), or go for a replica wheel with a bit more flavor...
I honestly would go with a wheel between 18x8.5-19x9"...the width will help with traction and the height will help with aesthetics...
like these(19" replica rs4 wheels (like $600 new on eBay))

what color is your car?

That is a nice looking car I really like the lid spoiler too, looks sharp, I have a black one just stock...
Actually the narrower the tire the better it is in the snow, the wider you go the more the car with "float". I think I will just stick with the 17" wheels(the tires are cheaper to), I don't race the car or take it to the track at all and I certainaly do not need the car to ride any rougher than it does, my wife and kids complain about the harsh ride as it is...
