Anyone out there have Falken ZE512 tires? What is your opinion about the handling? I can't seem to find anyone in the review using Falken in their A4.

 

Why the interest in these tires? Aren't they speed rated W? Are you looking for an all-season tire on a budget?

 

They are an H rated tire. Someone suggested that these tires will be a good one to put onto my car. I bought the tires on Friday and had it put on over the weekend. This morning it rained here and I find the tire to be good in this condition. I find the value to performance ratio was good. I will definitely let you know what its like after 10,000 miles.

H rated (130mph max.) tires means that they are consistently reliable up to 98mph; this is 75% of max. Between 98mph and 130mph the tires may exhibit performance changes and their wear values decrease. You can experience significant performance degradation over 98mph, if one or more of the tires has a flaw.

This is by no means a criticism of your new tires.
This is how to judge the performance reliability of any tire based on its speed rating.

 

heh - damn - I dunno the last time I drove 100 mph... I don't drive that fast too often.
now... 95mph I drive all the time...
