I know that the bolt pattern is correct for both but what about the offset??? What does the offset have to be for the b5 audi 2.8 quattro a4??

i think you want a 45mm offset...

EDIT: sorry, i don't want to confuse you...the 35 was a typo, stock offset is 45 iirc...

35 or 45 mm offset is fine, but 45 is prefered. if you have quattro, the staggered wheels will mess with it and cause excessive wear.

so does it have to be 35 or 45? 37 wont work?

staggered is when the rear wheels are set out further than the front wheels...it looks clean, but like cgv said, it's bad for quattro
