Apr 1+ Lean issue
I have started a thread about this before, but it is just so annoying and I cannot resolve it, so I am starting another up. Ever since I got the APR 1+ flash I have been going into limp mode on the highway at high speeds, and occasionally getting P0171, multi long term fuel trim Lean codes. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this issue. I replaced maf, n75, all the vac lines, got a forge 007p, new fuel filter, ran a fuel system cleaner, re installed my injectors and cleaned/re oiled the o rings, cleaned out pancake valve, new coil packs(r), new spark plugs bkr7e(just checked them and no one spark plug looked whiter than another)
I have the tt 225 injectors btw. Can anyone give me any other ideas because I am completely out. Thanks for your help.
My vag com logs on block 32 read (0, 18-22.5) usually (first is add, next is multi)
My car seems to be running well, and is boosting a little under 2400 actual... some people say thier 1+ requests 2500 mbar but mine never goes above 3360 or so.

That was the first thing I did, when I didnt have a vag com I assumed I was over boosting so I put in the stock n75c.... I have n75F being delivered on tuesday.. but I doubt that will solve my lean code issue. The F is supposed to be better than the C though so ill install it right when it comes.
Im surprised a 4.5-5 bar fpr is not recomended for use with the +1.. Since you have tried pretty much everything, I would get and mess around with an adjustable fpr.Can you hear the engine detonating/pinging or do you just get lean codes?
I've been having the same problem, though my code has been p1128 and more intermittent (e.g. no CEL or limp mode), I get roughly the same lambda values on block 032.
I've checked for vacuum leaks, new fuel filter, etc. One thing I did do that seemed to help was I removed the "pancake" valve off the TIP and cleaned it out with carb cleaner, then reinstalled it. This dropped my mult. lambda down into the mid teens. Still high but not so close to the edge.
After a DIY mishap that resulted in me killing my turbo, I had to have that replaced, and when I was checking things after I got the car back I noticed that the connection on the secondary air pump was loose--the one where the flexible hose couples to the hard line that goes up to the airbox. I refastened that but haven't put the vag on it to check my values since, but I will this week.

I put my car up on ramps and saw a lot of oil..... sloppy oil filter change it appears.

It could also be under load your fuel pump is putting out the desired amount and you may need a new one. If the air is there and the spark, its gotta be fuel. An oil leak wont cause it to run lean like Lazer said.
