APR chip, do i need a DV

I am getting an APR ecu chip, do i need a new DV and if so should i get it from the dealer, such as the TT one for about 30 bucks. Ive been lookin online and there selling them for like 130

Yeah, the 710n will work, alougth the baily or other will last forever where as the 710n wont.

I have the baily and its lets off a louder blow off, its stronger so it holds more boost, its alimimun, where the 710n is just a plastic material.

A new DV does not give you more boost. A new DV restores the boost you have lost from a defective/old DV. If you are just chipping a 710n is adequate.
