I have been e-mailing this seller for about 6 months now. They can these whenever you need one and the price will always be $3295.... thats a hell of a deal. You save about $2000 if you purchase from this wholesaler other than paying retail. There feedback is good and I have grown to trust them. This is where i'll be picking mine up from..

You know, if I was a mechanicalgenius (I'm not) and I had entirely too much money to spend (I don't), I think it'd be fun to BT a 12v, just because the conventional wisdom is that you can't do it.

if you noticed the BIDDING ENDED at $3295! I'll say it again, I have been e-mailing these people for a while now, they have unlimited amounts of these and OUTSIDE OF AN AUCTION they will sell them for $3295. So no bidding is necessary.

And why would you get a 1.8t and throw $3500 in the motor and make youjust as fast as a stock s4?? why not just buy an s4?? whoever "tried" to make that point failed.

I can't wait til I get mine so all you little 1.8 punks cant say anything anymore... maybe arif, lol.

I'd like to point out that if you click on the link at the top of this page, "Audi Timeslips", and then sort the list in descending order by BHP, you'll notice that the top two cars are supercharged 2.8s. Moreover, they're both 12v's.

and a supercharged v-6 is definately something that people need to watch out for, especially if you match it up with the right clutch for a strong launch... than your in for some good 1/4 mile times.

$3295... cheap as hell to supercharge the 2.8

 

I haven't seen too many stock B5 S4's making 295+HP, and 260+ TQ. Last time I checked, the B5 S4 makes 250HP, and 258TQ? Maybe my info is wrong, but that seems to be a substantial difference.... Now i realize you can chip the S4 and whatnot, but clearly a stock S4 will not be making the same power as a supercharged 2.8
