Alright, I am looking into buying a used A4 1999-2001. I have an 1993 Infiniti G20 at the moment and it has been nothing but trouble. It's a rattle trap and the tranny just died. Everyone is saying to stay away from Audi and VW because they have alot of problems. They all say to stay Japanese. There supposedly the "best". But I'm over Japanese cars and I just don't wanna get another entry level asian sedan. So what is really the problem with audi's or is everyone just bitter because they are more expensive to fix?

 

i've only had one problem with my car, The timing belt[:@]. just get it replaced around 80K and u shouldnt have troubles like i did
