Hey guys, im interested in buying a audi A4 B5 98 model 2.4 V6 5 speed tiptronic, its done 1400000 km and appears to be in good condition.Its full option, including full leather trim. I live in australia, so i was wondering if anyone knows how much its worth. Also is there anything about these cars i should be aware of before buying? And do you guys recommend me buying this audi? Lastly, how are these cars on petrol. Thanks heaps in advance

 

Get a 1.8t Youll like the Turbo alot more trust me

 

get a 1.8t unless you plan on adding a supercharger down the road

 

2.4 is smooth but slow and even worse with Trip as it will zap the power big time making you a lot slower than a 1.8T.

Price wise know one here will really know as is mainly US based and they never got the 2.4 only the 2.8 and 1.8T A4's other than the S4's.

For ware and tear issues base it on the 2.8 as most things will be the same bar the bore size.
