i live in the northeast too. there's rly no permanent solution to this. my brakes squeal all the time but i just turn up the music because i kno they aren't worn enough to be replaced. check the pads and rotors or get them checked to be on the safe side. brake cleaner will take care of it but u would have to spray it each morning and im pretty sure u don't wanna do that. it's rly nothing to be worried about. u will pass inspection if u need one and ur brakes will not quit on u, well unless they are worn lol
