I have a 99 audi a4 b5 1.8t quattro. I want to make my own intake, should I make it with those plactic plumbing pipes like some of those websites show or should I simply use what they have at pep boys, whoever had my audi before took out the entire stock intake system all thats left is that accordian looking tube with a regula air filter.

Also my mother has a 2001 pt cruiser she got left stranded today in the middle of the road, the car has gas but when u go to start it it bgings to start and then starts making clicking noises . I had to get it towe for her does anyone have an idea of what it could be?? Thanks
