Alright I have money to spend in the 10k range, I found the SICKEST looking a6 but someone bought it, probably a good thing... It was the 2.7t bi-turbo engine and I have heard some horror stories. It might have shut down on me after a few thousand miles.

So what I want is a car with about or under 70k miles, I want something fast-ish (perhaps that will do 0-60 in 5.9 seconds with the mods I list, if it runs with a WRX ill be happy.) that handles tight, and a sedan model. I plan on doing an intake, exhaust, possibly chip, lowering springs/shocks or coilovers, 18" wheels on low profiles, possible camber kit and a 6 speed would be awesome but a 5 speed works too. (This is NOT included with the 10k. The 10k is simply to purchase the car.)

I've been looking into the a4's so I am posting this here, but I am interested in others as well. I don't really see a large group of modded 3.0's. Isn't the 3.0 engine faster than the 1.8t? I would think it to be more buildable too because it's N/A vs the 1.8t already being boosted. I plan on boosting the car after I save up some money, but not right away.
