I have a 2000 A4 Quatro. I am trying to replace my factory rear and front door speakers. I have the tools needed. But for the love of creation i can't figure out howe to get into the speaker casing/grille on the rears to change them out! I know it seems simple, but how do you remove them? Also, i haven't attempted the fronts yet but pointers on those would also be welcome!

 

The entire rear decklid has to come off. The grills do not come off separately. The rear seats must be folded down, the side seat trim taken off, and the lid unclipped and pulled out.

For the fronts you must remove the entire door panel also. The speaker is attached to the backside of the door panel itself.
