I believe when it comes to bodystyle, we all have the same specs.
However, I believe UK, or basically European and Asianmarkets (not sure about Australian) have more variety when it comes to engine. For example Europe has the 1.6 and 1.8 non-turbo models while in the US we only get the 1.8T and 2.8 engines for the B5 series.

does anyone know where can get a bumper or add on to give this look (S4)?

It basically looks like theA4bumper but withcurved black plastic panel (valance) at the bottom.
Maybe just the S4 valance can be purchased and be fitted to the A4 bumper?
