Proud owner of a 2001 Audi A4 1.8T.
Recently my car does not lock itselfand activate the alarm system if the doors are left open for more than 30 seconds.
What's the problem? How can I reconfigure that?
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

 

Check the coding on the central locks with a vagcom.

 

I dont understand....if the doors are open the alarm will not arm. do you mean if you unlock tha car but dont open the door
