um where did u get those numbers?
15.4 seems low for just under 200HP

lol. exactly. I have no complaints w/ my tip, I like it. My last car was a manual but it was a lot faster. I didn't think I would be modding the car, but then I found the forums. I now wish I had a manual so I could do a turbo upgrade.
But I guess I'll be saving myself a lot of money this way.
